"Curley" Bill Brocius made everlasting Tombstone infamy when he killed town Mashall Fred White. On a drunken bender, Brocius was making a ruckus and shooting off his pistol. Marshall White confronted Brocius, intending to disarm him. When White reached for the pistol, it went off shooting the Marshall. Before he died, White stated that the shooting was accidental and Brocius was not tried for murder. |
